  I've rented from this company and they were absolutely rude and did not respond to repair requests (including a heating element on the stove sparking) until I wrote them a letter clearly stating that this was not only a fire hazard, but also in violation of the lease for them not to fix. Only the letter got their attention. Additionally, the apartment was not cleaned before I moved in and when I asked them to send someone in to clean some sticky substance off the doors and the bathroom walls, she did so with plain water. I ended up having to clean everything myself.
